As Memorial Day approaches, Columbus offers a variety of events to honor our heroes and enjoy the holiday weekend. Here are some highlights:
Field of Heroes
Westerville’s Field of Heroes features over 3,000 American flags displayed at the Westerville Sports Complex (325 N. Cleveland Ave.), providing a moving tribute to veterans.
WWE Raw at the Schottenstein Center
On Monday, May 25, WWE Raw brings its high-energy wrestling entertainment to the Schottenstein Center. The event starts at 7:30 PM.
Asian Festival
Celebrate cultural diversity at the Asian Festival on May 23–24 at Franklin Park (1755 E. Broad St.). The festival attracts over 100,000 visitors and offers a variety of cultural experiences.
Ohio Black Expo
Also on May 23–24, the Ohio Black Expo showcases #blackexpollence with food, music, art, networking, and more in downtown Columbus. The Riverfront Culture Fest features over 100 vendors, food trucks, concerts, and celebrity appearances.
Columbus Clippers Home Games
The Columbus Clippers are hosting home games throughout the weekend, including a special Star Wars Night on Saturday, May 23, complete with postgame fireworks.
